While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below.
You have the right to cancel your order from the time of placing the order until receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the terms & conditions.
You need to notify us of your intention to either exchange/cancel your purchase within 1 day from receiving the order. To do so, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do note you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 3 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to exchange/cancel (or), if you have failed to inform us that you wish to exchange/cancel, we must receive your returns within 4 days of your original receipt of the goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the following address within the timescale specified and to ensure safe return of your item, a tracking service is advisable, (if so, please forward the tracking details to us).

We will then refund your purchase within 3 days of receiving the returned goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable
Purchases made at Pop Up Boutiques, Events, Exhibitions, Online Clearance Items and special orders are non refundable / non-exchangeable.
